Adjacent filter bags do not collide with each other;

The filter bag matches the frame correctly, and the frame is straight without burrs.

Installation method of inner filter bag

The upper end of the filter bag is equipped with a bag cap and is suspended on the beam of the dust collector through a hanging device, and the lower end is reliably sealed and fixed with the lower bag;

Filter bag installation should adjust the tension to reach the specified value, so that the filter bag does not loosen and fall off during filtering and backflushing, and adjust it again after the first week and the first month of use;

The accessories (anti-rings) in the filter bag are properly matched, and all accessories should not have burrs or breaks.

Reliable and effective dust removal

During the use of the filter bag, the dust-increasing area gradually increases and the pressure difference increases. Effective dust removal should be used to isolate the dust to keep the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag within the set range.

Third, prevent unexpected abnormal situations

When the bag filter is in operation, it should prevent sudden abnormal conditions, such as sudden rise in gas temperature, or the entry of corrosive gas, or the sudden decrease in gas temperature below the dew point, etc., subject to temperature, humidity, chemical corrosion, and mechanical wear Or shock and other factors damage the filter bag.
