How to install a corrugator belt

1.Lift the force rollers above heating and cooling plates,keeping enough space to put in the corrugator belt then clamped it. Meanwhile,please make the cantilever pneumatic (or manual) tensioning device in a loose position.

2. Operate machine at low speed and pull the belt-ends connection to main driving glue rollers; disconnect them by pulling out steel connection rod; fix one new belt end to the old; restart machine; when whole old belt comes out, fix two new belt ends together.

3.If lacking of experience in installment, corrugator belt replacement may be done by manpower instead of machine operation to avoid risk of hurt.

4. Never forget to bend over tips of rod after it was put in, making sure that it is impossible for rod to come out itself during machine operation; then lay down force rollers and adjust them to proper positions.

5. Start machine at low speed after installment, observing if belt is going straight ahead; adjust tension bridle to right position; at least half an hour’s test operation is needed before formal production.

6. high-speed soundless corrugator belt should not be installed too tightly because of its higher friction, so as to prolong its working life.
