From the structural point of view, the corrugated board production line uses two kinds of conveyors: one is a cotton webbing, which is made of multi-layer cotton yarn, chemical fiber blended, and weaved by a weaving machine. It has a large weight per unit area and uneven surface. The friction coefficient is large; the other is a needle-punched belt, which is made of polyester fiber and rayon as the basic raw material, processed by multiple processes of needle-punching machine, with smooth surface, uniform thickness, no indentation, etc. Advantages, and thus more and more favored by the majority of users.

Innovative structure

    The traditional acupuncture belt structure has three layers: a surface layer, an intermediate layer and a bottom layer. The surface layer and the bottom layer are both needle-punched flocking structures, and the middle layer is a warp roving plus flocking structure. Loose, the unit area is small in weight. When subjected to strong pulling and accelerating operation, not only the pressure and the carrying capacity of the cardboard are extremely limited, but also easy to run off. Its elongation rate is large, and it takes a few months to re-cut the steel buckle, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, which affects production. This is why the acupuncture belt has been difficult to expand its share in the market for many years. Ai Ai started with the structure and successfully eliminated the above defects. The specific method is to adopt a unique production process, and weaving seven layers of special PET fiber in the acupuncture belt to make the structure firm, the self-weight per unit area reaches 5.8kg/m2, and the thickness is uniform. Because PET fiber is a material with high temperature resistance and high toughness, it greatly enhances the adaptability of acupuncture belt to high temperature, high humidity, high pressure, high tensile force and high speed operating environment. The anti-telescoping heat treatment type adopted by us in the production process completely solved the problem of large amount of extension.  Superior breathability

 Breathability is one of the most important technical indicators of corrugated board conveyor belt, and the corresponding technical index of corrugated board is moisture content. That is to say, the drying of the moisture content of the corrugated board is completed by the conveyor belt. The working process is that the conveyor belt applies pressure to the cardboard to adhere to the surface of the heating plate, absorbs heat to evaporate water vapor, and the water vapor is absorbed by the conveyor belt. And distributed in the run. Therefore, there is a very high requirement for the moisture absorption and air permeability of the conveyor belt. The gas permeability is too large, which will inevitably cause the paperboard to be too dry and easily broken. The poor gas permeability will cause the paperboard to have high moisture content, low strength, warpage and deformation, and even affect the subsequent cutting and indentation processes. In production, Ai Ai Company controls the porosity, pore size and uniform distribution of pores in a timely and effective manner with first-class production equipment, so that it has the right amount of uniform hygroscopicity and rapid emission ability. From the point of view of use, the moisture content of corrugated board can reach 11±3% of the national standard, and the bonding strength of the board is also greatly improved.

 Smooth surface

    We know that high-quality corrugated cardboard is characterized by high corrugated strength, high tensile strength, surface neatness and no indentation. These characteristics are largely realized by the transportation of the hot plate and the cooling section. The polyester fiber layer and cotton layer structure pattern and the specially treated fiber material unique to the contact surface of Ai Acupuncture have good elasticity, toughness and wear resistance in practical applications. It can distribute the pressure from the gravity roller evenly and evenly on the cardboard, while maintaining sufficient friction and adhesion to carry the paperboard operation smoothly and smoothly. Especially valuable is that there is no indentation on the paperboard, which improves the surface quality of the corrugated board. . This is an advantage that traditional acupuncture belts and cotton webbing can't match. Because the traditional acupuncture belt is chemically hardened, the original elasticity of the belt surface is actually lost; and the warp and weft woven structure of the cotton webbing thick line is difficult to eliminate the unevenness of the surface. The above characteristics often lead to distortion of corrugated peaks and indentation on the surface of the cardboard in an operating environment in which the speed of the vehicle and the pressure are constantly changing.

    In fact, the tensile strength of the joint zone is reduced, making it unbreakable for long periods of time with strong tensile forces. Ai Acupuncture belt adopts American Clipper ear steel buckle closed joint, which is divided into two layers in the joint area from 3mm below the belt surface, and the steel buckle is connected in the lower layer. These processes are completed by layering machine and steel buckle machine. The deviation caused by the manual tool joint is avoided. The steel buckle is completely covered by the upper layer, so that it is in contact with the cardboard to maintain the original moisture absorption, elasticity, toughness and wear resistance, and completely avoids the periodic indentation of the cardboard due to the steel buckle protruding.

    The results of the use prove that the peculiar oblique connection and the special glue fixing treatment on the joint area can minimize the reduction of the tensile strength and ensure that the conveyor belt is still efficient and durable.

    High temperature resistance

    Generally, the temperature of the surface of the tile hot plate is 170-190 ° C, and the higher the speed of the tile line, the higher the surface temperature of the hot plate is. The actual high temperature resistance of Ai Acupuncture belt reaches 200 °C, which can adapt to dry heat and hot and humid environment. It is easy to directly contact the hot plate part on both sides of the conveyor belt because the corrugated paper web is too narrow, which affects the service life. Therefore, we use Nomex fiber (280 ° C) on the surface of the needle belt. This fiber is a thermosetting material that does not melt and effectively extends the life of the belt.

    Running speed

    As one of the most important components of the tile wire, the conveyor belt is driven by the double-sided machine driving roller, so it must be able to fully synchronize with the running speed of the wire. Otherwise, the corrugated cardboard will have poor bonding effect and the output will be reduced. And so on.
