TPU Conveyor Belt
General light conveyor belt main structure includes: cloth layer, coating and surface pattern structure.
The cloth layer is made of warp and weft weave, which is the skeleton of light conveyor belt. The combination of warp and weft determines the turning radius, lateral stability, elongation strength, noise immunity and scratch resistance of the cloth. Common materials are polyester, cotton, linen, nylon, aramid and carbon fiber.
The coating material is mainly made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU)
The surface pattern is mainly determined by the actual application environment.
