How to prevent high temperature smoke from damaging the dust filter bag
1. Direct spray cooling The nozzle is used to spray water into the high-temperature smoke. The mist evaporation will absorb a lot of heat to cool the smoke. The advantage of this method is that it will quickly cool the flue gas, requiring less equipment and investment. The disadvantage is that the moisture content of the flue gas increases, which may cause condensation of the flue gas and endanger the dust filter bag. If the sprayed water mist is not fine enough to become larger water droplets, the water droplets are likely to enter the bag dust collector without time to evaporate, and the dust removal cloth bag is easily blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to select a nozzle with excellent performance and use a microcomputer to precisely control the spray amount.
2, Mixed with cold air cooling. Usually a tee is installed on the inlet duct of the bag filter, so that the outside air can enter the flue and mix with the flue gas to reduce the flue gas temperature. The advantage of this method is that the cooling speed is fast, and only simple parts such as a tee and a valve to control the air flow are required. The disadvantage is that the amount of flue gas will increase, and the larger the cooling rate, the more the volume of flue gas will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the filtering area and equipment volume of the filter bag dust collector accordingly, thereby increasing the investment in facilities such as equipment, ducts and fans, and also increasing operating costs.
Dust removal filter bag is the main dust removal tool of filter bag dust collector, and its cost accounts for about 10% to 15% of the cost of the entire filter bag dust collector. When removing dust from the flue gas, corresponding measures should be taken to prevent high-temperature flue gas from damaging the dust removal filter bag.
